Tournament Registration

This  year  the  Florida  Beach  Volleyball  Tour  will  enter into  the  third  season   of  AVPNext   events   in   Florida.  Check  out  the  2017  program  at  2017  AVPNext  info.  AVPNext  events will start May  27th!!!!!!!

Attention Juniors!!!!
2017  promises  to  be bigger  and  better  than   2016.      juniors  will  be  qualifying  for  the   AAU   Junior Olympics  in   California.  Train  hard  indoor  until  April, but  come  May  it’s  time  to  loose  the  shoes  and  dig  your toes  back  into  the  sand!!!

Saturday Divisions:
Men’s and Women’s:  Open,  AAA, AA, A, BB, B
Open  play begins at 8 am.
All other divisions check in 7:30-8:30.  Play begins at 9 am.

Sunday Divisions:
Juniors Divisions and Co-Ed  AAA,AA, A, B

Check in is 7:30 -8 a.m.

Deadlines

ADULT DIVISIONS: DEADLINE 8 a.m. EASTERN TIME Friday prior to event.  PLEASE REGISTER EARLY and there will be NO ISSUES! If you decide to register on site of the event, there are NO GUARANTEES that you will get a spot in the event. ANY LATE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE $100

JUNIOR DIVISIONS: DEADLINE 12 p.m. Thursday prior to event. $90  PLEASE REGISTER EARLY and there will be NO ISSUES! If you wish to register on site, there are NO GUARANTEES that you will be able to play. ANY LATE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE $110

In the event of inclement weather, Saturday play may need to play on Sundays when space is available.

  Check in is 7:30 -8 a.m.

Pool play Format:

Four team pools will play games to 25
Five team pools will play games to 21

Divisions with 2 pools:  Top three teams advance to single elimination bracket.

Divisions with 3 or more pools:  Top two teams advance to single elimination bracket.

Junior format:

Starting May 3rd. 2015

Junior play will be as follows;
Pool play followed by a single elimination tournament.

There must be 24 teams in a division in order for that division to offer an Open and Club division play off bracket.

Drop/Refund Policy – Two weeks prior to the event = 100% refund. Within two weeks of the event = 0% refund.

Rain/Weather Cancellation Policy – In the event that the competition is cancelled by the Tour Director due to weather, (before the respective event begins) teams will be offered a credit for a future event only. Teams must be present at the event to receive a credit for the cancelled event. No refunds will be offered if a future event remains on the schedule, regardless of the location. No refunds or credits will be offered to any team that decides not to attend the respective event. In the event that a competition that has already started gets delayed or rained out, no refunds will be offered. Teams will be afforded an opportunity to find a safe place to wait on a restart. If teams decide to depart before an event restarts, they will not be entitled to receive any refund of their entry fees.
